### CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- If water enters the boots, remove the insoles and hang them to dry.
- Use a water-based impregnation spray (preferably without PFAS) to regularly treat the boots. This helps keep the rubber hydrated and prevents cracking. Avoid spraying the outer sole, as it may become slippery.
- Clean the boots regularly with a soft cloth, water, and mild soap.
- Let the boots dry at room temperature. If water gets inside, fill them with newspaper to absorb the moisture.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Store the boots upright in a dry, dark, and cool place.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Sweden

If you order delivery to an address in Sweden, we will ship your parcel with GLS. The delivery time is approx. 2-4 weekdays, and your parcel will typically be delivered Monday – Friday. Please note that during sale periods, the delivery time may be delayed. 

You have the following delivery options:

  • GLS to parcel shop - 15 EUR
  • Finland - 16 EUR

 

Other countries

We deliver to the countries listed below, and the parcel will be shipped with UPS to countries in Europe. The delivery options and costs vary depending on the country, and the price is calculated and presented at checkout.

RETURNS

When you shop at www.mikk-line.com, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days af receiving the order and then return the good(s) to us. 

NOTE! Your withdrawal / return right on orders placed in November and December is extended until the 15th January the following year.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must do the following:

  1. Print the return note and put it in your return parcel.
  2. Send your return parcel with delivery at LUXKIDS ApS, att: mikk-line, Løversysselvej 3C, 7100 Vejle, Denmark. 


Note! You must bear the costs of returning of the good(s) and find a return label yourself. We do not accept parcels sent with cash on delivery (COD), to a parcel shop, or by personal handover at our location. 

 

EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER

If you want to change to another size, colour or style, please return the item(s) you do not want and place a new order. 

If you return all of your order, we will refund the costs of delivery* on your original order. The return cost must be covered by you.

 

REFUND

We will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery*, no later than 14 days from the day we receive the return parcel at our warehouse.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payments, as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have clearly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

 

*Local customs duties and taxes not included.
