Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed below. Parcels are shipped with GLS, Bring, DPD, UPS or FedEx within Europe.
Delivery time: 3–7 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout:

RETURNS

When you shop at www.thenew.nu, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

NOTE: Orders placed in November and December can be returned until January 15th.

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept parcels sent with cash on delivery (COD), to a parcel shop, or by personal delivery.

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange for another size, color, or style, please return the item(s) and place a new order.

If you return your entire order, we will refund the original delivery costs*. Return shipping costs must be covered by you.

REFUND

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs*, no later than 14 days after receiving your return.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

*Local customs duties and taxes are not included.
